Warranty & Repair

Yes, we stand by the quality of our gear! All products purchased on Rúngne.com come with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturer defects, including issues with design, materials, or craftsmanship. 


If you spot a defect, let us know within 2 months of noticing it. Please note that our warranty doesn’t cover damage from impacts, improper use, or other issues not related to manufacturing defects.

We aim for top-notch quality, but sometimes things slip through. If your item arrives damaged, here’s what to do:

  1. Head to our return portal and select the "damaged product" option.
  2. Upload a photo of the damage to help us verify the issue.
  3. Submit the request, and our team will get back to you with next steps.

We’ll sort it out ASAP. 

Returns, Replacements, & Cancelations

Rest assured. At Rúngne, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Here's how it works:

- Refunds & Exchanges: You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item. Just keep it in its original condition—new, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging if possible. Items returned in damaged, worn, or unsuitable conditions are not eligible for refunds(e.g., visible signs of wear, smells, stains).

- Shipping Requirements: Use the provided return label and follow the return instructions sent to your email. Self-postage returns are prohibited due to shipping fees, reverse duties, and taxes.

- Return Handling Fees: Fees will vary depending on the item's weight and shipping zone. The exact amount will be displayed during the return process in the portal.

- Exchanges: The fee is applied when we process your exchange after receiving the returned item. For refunds, the fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.

If you need to cancel your order, act fast! We can only cancel or modify orders that haven't been shipped yet. Reach out to us at [email protected] or hit us up on Live Chat as soon as possible for assistance.

If you’ve received the wrong items, no worries. Head over to our return portal and select "I’ve received wrong items." You’ll need to upload a picture of the product you received. After that, return the incorrect item to us, and we’ll ship out the correct one right away—no return fee will be charged.

We want you to be thrilled with your Rúngne purchase, so if something hasn’t lived up to your expectations, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s a full or partial refund, a replacement, or store credit.

If you're in the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your purchase without needing to provide a reason. Just initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll handle the rest. Please keep in mind that the return fee still needs to be covered, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping policy

We process and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday, and deliveries occur on working days only. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number. You can use the link in the email to check the estimated arrival date of your purchase. Shipping usually takes about 2-7 days, depending on where you are.

Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process, factoring in the weight, dimensions, volume, and destination of your order. Our shipping system reflect the exact charges provided by the courier.

Special Offer: For orders over $100 USD, you’ll receive a 50% discount on shipping costs!

Delivery Times: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. During checkout, you’ll be able to view estimated delivery times based on your region and the carrier’s availability.

We're stoked to ship Rúngne gear worldwide! Most orders arrive within 2-7 days, depending on where you’re based, and we’ll make sure your gear gets to you quickly and hassle-free.

Just a quick note: Due to carrier restrictions, we’re currently unable to ship to Ukraine, Israel, Belarus, or Russia. Thanks for your understanding!

We get it—waiting is never fun. If your order’s MIA past the expected delivery time, here’s what to do:

1. Give Us a Shout: Drop our customer service team a message with your order details. We’ll dive into what’s going on and track down your package.

2. We’ll Chase It Up: We’ll reach out to the delivery company and, if needed, poke customs or the carrier to speed things up.

3. Stay in the Loop: We’ll keep you posted on any updates and the next steps.

We’re on it and will do everything we can to get your gear to you ASAP. 

If you need to tweak your shipping address after hitting “buy,” let us know ASAP. Drop us a line with the new details, and we’ll update your address and redirect your parcel.

Heads up: If your order’s already on the move, we won’t be able to change the address. You’ll get a confirmation email once we’ve updated it in our system.

If your shipment is held up at customs and you need an invoice for clearance, just reach out to us. We'll send you a commercial invoice with all the details you need, like the contents and value of your package. 

We’re just as excited for you to get your Rúngne gear! Once your order is on its way, we’ll shoot you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

Refund policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Simply go to our return portal to get started.

To return an item, please ensure it meets the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Items returned in damaged, worn, or unsuitable conditions are not eligible for refunds(e.g., visible signs of wear, smells, stains). 
    • Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached; untagged items require original packaging.
    • Unaccepted returns will not be shipped back.
    • Socks are non-returnable.
  • Order Number: Provide your order number.

This ensures a smooth and efficient return process.

  • Start the Process: Begin your return by using our return portal.
  • Return Label & Instructions: Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions via email.
  • Note: Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
  • Return Handling Fee: Fees will vary depending on the item's weight and shipping zone. The exact amount will be displayed during the return process in the portal. 

Note: Returns from different orders must be shipped separately to avoid refund errors.

  • Warranty Coverage: We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please notify us within 2 months of discovering any defects.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse or issues not related to manufacturing.
  • Defective or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Socks
    • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
    • Processing takes up to 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
    • Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.

Discount codes

To snag your free product with a promo code from our website event, just follow these steps:

  1.  Add Your Free Item: Toss the item you won into your shopping cart.
  2.  Hit the Minimum Purchase: Make sure your cart meets the minimum purchase requirement specified with your code.
  3.  Enter the Code: At checkout, pop your promo code into the designated field.
  4.  Complete Your Order: Finalize your checkout, and the discount will be applied.

If the code doesn’t work, double-check that you've met all conditions, like the minimum order value and including any required items. If you're still having trouble, just give us a shout, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Unfortunately, our checkout system only allows for one discount code per order. So, you won’t be able to stack multiple codes.
